Coverage starts at $500, with planning, professional editing, and a downloadable gallery included.

short day - $500
Up to 2 consecutive hours.
For networking events, receptions, panel discussions, and smaller celebrations.
half day - $950
Up to 8 consecutive hours.
For conferences, conventions, and events with a full schedule of speakers, activities, and celebrations.
full day - $1700
Up to 4 consecutive hours.
For fundraisers, awards ceremonies, company gatherings, and events with several key moments to capture.
Need something in between?
Three-hour coverage is $750, and six-hour coverage is $1,350. Multi-day events and events requiring multiple photographers are quoted individually.

Additional Coverage - $125 per half hour - Extend your booked coverage, subject to availability.
Second Photographer - Starting at $600 - Includes four hours of additional coverage; useful for simultaneous activities or multiple spaces.
Same Day Highlights - $150 - 10–15 edited images delivered after coverage ends that day.
Rush Gallery Delivery - 25% of coverage price; $200 minimum - Your full gallery within 48 hours, subject to availability.
Detailed Retouching - Starting at $10 per image - Extensive edits beyond the standard editing included in your booking.
On-Site Headshot Station - Custom quote, starting at $400 - Portrait coverage tailored to your schedule and number of participants.
